We think Kelly is an outstanding plumber, who thinks outside the box....he has fixed some pretty tricky plumbing problems for us. He is a good person...a great plumber (the best) and does not overcharge. We have had other plumbers before we met Kelly, that overcharged and did not fix the problem...they also gave us a real run around when we tried to get them to come back.
