Yesterday was my first time at this location and speaking as a big fan of the Red Robin chain, I had the best Red Robin experience I've ever had here!! Sat in the lounge and we were in and out in under half an hour, DJ was a great server! Friendly guy and always came at the right time!
The burger was great! Kids loved the bottomless fries. Our server was very attentive and constantly checked up on us when she was busy with other tables. We will definitely come back.
This location is a great location. I have never had problems at this place and always enjoy my time in the restaurant. The staff is courteous and they work hard to keep the customers happy. The restaurant is noisy but a normal kind of noisy for the type of restaurant that this is trying to be. My friends and myself frequent this place often and each time it's always a good time. The food is great and it is the main reason why I come to Red Robin. I enjoy the wide selection of menu items focusing on burgers. Whenever I'm looking for a better quality burgers than what one would expect to find at Burger King or McDonald's this is the place I come every time. And the bottomless steak fries are a nice touch to their menu. If you're looking for a Boston Pizza style burger joint you cannot do much better then Red Robin in my opinion. Also the pop is bottomless I really like that.
This place is always busy and because they don't take reservations, you have to wait for a table. It can be problematic if you have a larger group and want to go on a weekend. As far as the food and service goes, it's just average for a "gourmet" burger restaurant. I actually liked it better when they had the train travelling around the restaurant and the plane in the lobby. Now everything is "modern" and "contemporary" and overly designed to make it look slick. Gourmet burgers are old fashioned in my book.
