Trifecta Rehab

Highly recommend this facility. The team are made of extremely knowledgeable and personable group of people. It doesn't seem to matter who you get, they all truly care about their patients in addition to providing effective treatments and excellent service.

A pleasant change for sure. After experiencing run of the mill rehab, this was a very pleasant change. They actually are attentive and knowledgeable. Gone are the days of being stuck in room with heat then put to work on exercises by a person who does not even know your issues.

Trifecta actually works to resolve the issues -- at it works. One more thing, they don't stretch out how many visits you need.

I went to see Kelvin for rehab sessions on my previously injured knee. I am currently training for a long distance run and Kelvin has been very helpful in helping me prep and strengthen my weak knee to assist me in reaching my goal! The facility is really open and welcoming, so there’s lots of space to do rehab exercises!

Excellent people and facility. They are extremely knowledgeable and committed to seeing you get back to the activities you love to do. The one -one care, means you really get your monies worth. Thank you Mandy and Mike for getting me back to hiking and playing hockey again. My only regret is not booking the appointment 10 months ago when I first hurt my foot!

I’ve had many sports and have tried many facilities over the years and Trifecta Rehab is above and beyond the best and most helpful Physio and rehab centre I’ve been to. Mikey, Kareem, and the rest of the staff are young, friendly, fun, really knowledgeable, and most importantly always willing to help you get back to 100 percent health. Their one on one sessions are always great and the staff are always great at listening to your thoughts and questions on your specific case. Trifecta has an easy going and comfortable vibe that helps with not just the physical part of an injury but the mental part as well. Highly recommended.
