Modula Racks, simply put, is fantastic.
From the second I called until I left the store they did everything they could to make my experience a great one. My initial call was answered by Brent (maybe Brett, I'm sorry, I'm terrible with names) he went above and beyond. He asked lots of questions to make sure I was purchasing exactly what I needed, and was very friendly and had manners, which is a huge plus these days.
I arrived at the store and my purchase was right beside the cash waiting for me. Ryan started to help me then, he made sure all the components would be correct( he literally checked them on the car to make sure they worked) as I was doing the install on my own. One of the components was wrong, so a quick trip to the back room and the proper parts were in hand.
As I said before, a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I gladly recommend Modula Racks.
