Love my Elantra. Be prepared to fight for all you were promised. Service can be spotty at this location. Be careful of the program re small dings and chips in the first year. I had several issues and all that happened is I had to buy my own coloured pencil and fixed my own chips. The vehicle is a honey... be careful!

After shopping around for a while, I found a great deal on a lease trade-in for a 2019 Ionic plug in hybrid. Peter from sales was unassuming and extremely helpful. He worked with me to find an amazing car at a very fair price. I didn’t feel pushed into making my decision and I ended up with the car of my dreams. Do yourself a favour and go here first if you’re looking for a car.

We were very pleased with the customer service provided by Peter. He went above and beyond to ensure we had close up pictures of any imperfections of the vehicle before we came to town to view. We were working within a very tight budget and he did all that he could to accommodate us. Peter was upfront, courteous and easy to work with. I felt very confident that when I came in to town to view the car, there wouldn't be any surprises.

I brought my car in for an oil, lube & filter change. A few other issues were brought to my attention, which I didn't understand, so Charlie explained it to me in a way that was not pushy nor condescending at all. Once I chose which services I wanted them to go ahead with, they acted promptly to get the necessary pieces into the shop, and I was able to get my car back by the end of their working hours. Everyone I came into contact with, was polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service! I met with Adam and he told me everything about the car and was very responsive in his online communication. His manager Melissa was super kind to share her own driving experience and even offered her own car for a test drive so I can compare to the one I was considering. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from them, the experience was excellent and smooth. Will be considering this dealership in future searches.
