I just brought home my dream 4Runner! I have been looking for a 4Runner for 3 years now and finally found my unicorn. I have had some not so great experiences with other dealerships/sales people and was becoming sort of jaded about getting the vehicle that I wanted because of this, but Phillip and Brent turned that around for me. Not only were they very kind and responsive to my questions but never came across as pushy. They made my experience a very positive and easy one. I love my 4Runner and I would definitely recommend Peace Arch Toyota.

We bought a Toyota Highlander tonight and couldn’t be happier. Moe, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable , very friendly, super helpful and a pleasure doing business with. Scott, the sales manager, was very transparent and pressure-free. Shawn, introduced us to our new car and took a lot of time answering all our questions and made sure we understood all the features. He was great. From start to finish we felt like we were treated very fairly. We would highly recommended Toyota Openroad Peace Arch. Based on the great customer service we experienced, we will always make sure we go back.

I had my car in for a major service 3 months back. The service was done as promised and a bit cheaper than I expected. On time too. I was very happy with the experience. Today I went in with my daughter to buy a used car. Our salesman Leagh was honest, polite and respectful to us both. He introduced us to Scott the Sales Manager and we worked out a fair deal. No pressure, just a good exchange of information. REALLY nice people to deal with. Am thrilled with the sales experience as is my daughter. Car is awesome as well !! I could not imagine a better sales experience - from start to finish. I'll be recommending this business to my good friends and the rest of my family.
