I love the halal section in this store. variety of fresh produce and good deals on certain items

I was curious about the name and so went it to see the store in Newton, Surrey. Half of the store is all about Indian food (I guess it's all about the location). They have good deals with the rest of their grocery items. It is okay to have another grocery store in the area, since their takeover from Safeway.

Not bad. A bit different. Despite lot of staff around, there were very few bags to pack items in. Prices are okay. Nothing drastic. Vegetables looked fresh. Fruit was good. Did not go in meat isle on this visit. I will go again to buy more stuff.

Excellent store. Very good variety, good quality, reasonable prices. We really need Competition here in Surrey. Otherwise there was monopoly of couple of stores specially of Asian groceries. But please keep the store clean, mosquito free and staff must be able to communicate in English properly. Give priority for summer jobs to local school students and Canadian residents.
