(March 28, 2019, 12:58 am)I've never returned glasses ever but these ones seem to be falling apart already and weird glue on the side and one glasses lense is popped on of the front a bit since I got them. And I've had a bad headache ever since I started wearing them. I usually can read words on the tv and with new glasses I can't idk why :(

Trying to order glasses from the workers out front was a bit of a disaster. I waited a week to get the glasses and they got the order wrong. Dr Tsang dealt with the problem and made it right.
(September 2, 2018, 4:45 am)Great staff and super inviting! Been going here for over 10 years even before it moved to the 64th Avenue location! The doctors are kind and caring every time you visit. They make sure to give options and look further into treatments if any concerns arise. They don’t hesitate to further investigate in your health which makes you feel looked after! Great place for kids and a wide variety of glasses in store :)
(August 12, 2018, 1:04 am)Staff were very helpful and my eye exam was very thorough. Dr Bhaget was friendly and very warm and answered all my questions. The manager took the time out of her busy day to explain the different types of lenses. I definitely will be coming back for my next eye exam
(February 1, 2018, 3:07 pm)I never realized I needed glasses until I made the move to FYidoctors in Surrey. They had many tests that not only showed I needed glasses, but also showed that I had early stages of glaucoma. The staff at this location were very friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. Everyone appeared to really love their job and all their smiles were so infectious. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone I know. ps, they also direct bill the insurance company so I never had to pay a cent for my new glasses. LOVE IT!
