  Great staff, friendly service, usually have a good stock of high quality animal food. Always quick and smooth transactions nice comfortable waiting area. Although it is rather small they make good use of the space they have.

  Wonderful people. I recommend for people with exotic birds. My bird used to go there until we moved away and we always had a great experience there. Just yesterday, during a snowstorm, I needed some urgent advice for my bird and no one in my new area was open or helpful at all. I gave these guys a call and they were super helpful and eased my mind. Thank you so much!!

  When my baby Bearded Dragons were in need of medical help nearly two years ago, all the reptile-specific vets in the area (of which there are few) told us they had no time, with one refusing to see us outright on any date because they weren't "taking any new patients," even though this would be a non-recurring medical emergency. Dr. Schilds and the staff at Kennedy Heights took my pets in and did everything they could, despite not being reptile-specific, going so far as to study after-hours to help.
  
  I've been coming back ever since for my reptile checkups and have been very satisfied with the level of care given to my favourite little scaled babies, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

  Great vets and staff. Kind, caring and supportive. Also very knowledgeable. I have a dog and cats but I know they take care of smaller and exotic pets too

  Have been taking all our pets to Kennedy Heights Animal and Bird Hospital for over 20 years. Have always been very pleased with all their services. The staff really know their patients and have always been very helpful with advice when we have questions. Highly recommend this pet hospital.
