We were referred to Ryan and Lovelle Design by another contractor who was in our home. We had several quotes, but what stood out to us was Ryan's precision and attention to detail, his listening and observation skills, and his ability to recognize our vision. We were especially thankful that he was able to handle our whole project for us, which included new lighting, new flooring, opening up two doorways and installation of a barn door, in addition to cabinetry in 4 rooms. Other cabinet suppliers referred us to a second company for the renovation side.

We went over the details with Ryan and his staff and they drew up the plans. The 3D renderings really helped us to visualize the final look.

We were given a proposed budget and it was strictly adhered to. Any additional costs were our decision and spelled out to us before any work was completed.

Ryan's contractors (room preparation, wall removal, electrical, drywall, flooring, cabinet installers) were all courteous, professional, communicated when they would come, arrived when they promised and did a great job.

No project is without little bumps along the way. What we found was that Ryan reacted to our issues or questions immediately and made them right.

Ryan works very hard, often long hours to assure that the work is done correctly, on time and as quoted. It’s no wonder he's been in business for so many years!

He said to us at the beginning of our discussion, that he didn't just want us to like the work...he wanted us to love it....and we absolutely do!

The final result is perfect. They got it right! There is nothing that we wish was different. We would not hesitate to recommend Lovelle for any job, large or small. We love the renovation that they did for us!!

On two different occasions we used Lovelle Design Centre. Our first experience was to have our kitchen cuboards renewed, changing the cuboard configuration and floor plan. We found Ryan an excellent listner and presented us with two different plans to chose from. Upon choseing the plan, that we felt would work the best for us, we were pleased to find Ryan, with his staff were available to meet any concerns we encountered. We are very pleased with the cosmetic look, craftsmanship and how functional our new kitchen has served us.
Our second project detailed increasing storage space, renewing all fixtures, cabinets, ensuite shower and floor covering without increasing the physical sizes of the the powder room, main bath, and ensuite. Once Ryan with his Lovelle team, had presented us with different ideas and floor plans, our selection for all three rooms were made. Again we were delighted and pleased with the hands on professional help, by Ryan,
with his staff. Ryan personnel over seen the work of his sub contractors. We are equally pleased with our new powder room and bathrooms.
We are presently looking at a couple of smaller projects at our home in the near futur and once again we have been discussing the best way to proceed with Ryan.

Fantastic service. Quotes were 100% accurate. When they say they will be at your home to do work, they are there. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a stress free experience when doing a home remo. We had our kitchen, living room and bathroom completly gutted and rebuilt. We are planning on using Lovelle again for our upstairs renos. Fantastic experiace.
