“So the clinic that's close to me is not accepting anymore patients as early as 10am. Sad. I needed prescription refill so I checked the app that I recently discovered to see open clinics and wait times, locations and if there's an online check in available. Anyways, I found this Civic family clinic 0 minutes wait times. Accessible by bus and so I went there. Surely no wait time. After the reception encoding I went straight to doctor's room and have a quick check up and yeah I got my refill prescription. All in all less than 20 minutes. I'm happy with their service. Clean place. Looks well managed and very organized. Friendly receptionist and the doctor that saw me is not rushing to finish her assessment. I will probably transfer here. It's way better than the clinic I always go to. 2 hours wait to check in then another 1 or 2 hours to actual check up.”

“surprising pleasant experience. I called ahead before going to the clinic but was hung up by the receptionist before I could ask more questions. I wasn't very happy about that. Upon arriving at the clinic, there was a sign on the door saying they are full and no longer accepting patients. Before getting into my car and drive away, I decided to go in and ask and turned out that they forgot to take off the sign (what a big mistake, I hope there weren't many sick patients getting turned away because of the sign!). The receptionist was actually pretty nice in person. The wait was about 45 min.. Overall a better than expected experience.”

“Dr. Thakur’s approach was unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. Based on my knee injury, I was expecting weeks/months of the typical physiotherapy treatment that I was accustomed to. “I wasn’t looking forward to my wisdom tooth extraction. I had a real phobia before having the treatment however the staff were very sympathetic. Dr. Bahi and his assistant explained the procedure thoroughly. Much effort was made to make me feel relaxed and at ease which added a layer of comfort to my overall experience. I even received a call the next day to see how I was doing. Thank you for the excellent service. I would certainly recommend them to others with dental needs.”

“Dr Nischea Sahota is excellent. I found her and did a Meet and Greet last year after my beloved doctor that I had had for over 25 years cut down her patient load. I immediately liked Dr Sahota. She's sweet but firm, has a good bedside attitude and she listens to me. She explains herself very well and doesn't have that "I'm a doctor so just do what I say" attitude. She actually take the time to explain the "why". She always took every concern I had seriously and for that I am very appreciative and thankful. I'm so sad that she is leaving to go back to Alberta. I really thought I had finally found a fantastic doctor for long term care. What a loss for BC medicine and for us, her patients. Nonetheless, I wish her well in her career, with such a great attitude and expertise, she deserves it!”
