He did exceptional work explaining the reasons for the problem and proposed solutions that would be long term fix. We are very happy with his work and his willingness to educate us and spend extra time to do that. I highly recommend James if you are looking for trustworthy plumbing and heating professional! I recommend him to all my clients as well.
