Freshii

I had been here once before and I really liked the food, so I thought I’d bring my family to check it out. We arrived at 7:30pm only to be told they had closed early at 7pm. The website CLEARLY states they close at 8pm! The woman working there was so rude about it as well, despite me showing her what their website says.

UPDATE: I emailed the location, and Rob Gill (I believe he’s the owner) reached out to me immediately after I sent the email. He was incredibly apologetic and respectful over the phone. He told me that has spoken with his staff and informed them of what the appropriate steps would have been in that particular situation. I truly appreciate his concern regarding my unsatisfactory service, and I am completely satisfied and happy with how he handled everything. I really enjoyed the food at this Freshii location when I went the first time, so I’m pleased that the owner cared enough to take action.

I have never been to any freshii before..As my first visit, I explore a lot of helath options that I never know! The staff is so helpful that they explained almost every thing, I asked! I’ll be back!

Just came into this brand new location at Panorama in Surrey. Very clean, modern vibe. Staff were great and the food was awesome!! Try the Khao San Burrito with steak. Their frozen yogurt is delicious too. I’ll be back!

I came to this location as my first experience at freshii and was absolutely blown away. The food is amazing and the options are endless! Very satisfying and delicious food???? The layout is also very clean and modern. Amazing food and restaurant vibe!

Great atmosphere, Delicious food, Clean, Customer service was great. Hard to go wrong at this Freshi location. ????????
