  Really nice and friendly service, the red velvet cupcake was delightful and the icing is so good. Really clean and open space with lots of lighting.

  My family frequently comes here. I've personally been here a few times. Their Filipino desserts specifically are really good!
  
  However, i'm very unimpressed with whoever runs their Instagram account. I wanted to order a cake they had posted a picture of and i had a couple questions (the cost and how long in advance i'd need to order) and i had DM'd them more than once to get an answer. Once i got an answer, i asked to order the cake. No answer, but the message was shown as read. I followed up, and once again, no answer but it was read. It'd be very understandable if they were too busy to answer, but they were posting pictures on their IG story every single day i had messaged them. It'd also be understandable if messaging was improper procedure, but i wasn't advised of this at any point. If I was then i would've immediately called to place an order. Now i'm buying from another establishment because it's too late. I messaged one last time to say thank you but nevermind and once again, it was read with no reply. It makes me wonder how many other people have been left hanging. :\
  
  Overall, i believe their product is great and service IN STORE is lovely (especially by the sweet older lady, she's so nice). However, this experience has left quite the bitter taste in my mouth.

  The cakes are delicious, the Filipino desserts are amazing, and the staff is so friendly. Love coming here!

  It’s such great place with a cute decor...people are so nice..the old lady asked for hot water ..be back soon ❤️❤️

  A small, but very cute and positive environment to be in. Customer service is amazing and the foods and goods they have there are delicious. I pray that this company strives in success!
