“Good quality bread, but staff didnt really know much about what breads would go with a spinach dip. I asked and after pointing towards sandwich bread i had to specify baguettes they had. Even after walking out with what she showed me, it was clear she had never eaten that pairing or seen it. Maybe learning more about how people eat bread and basic food pairing to eat with each type. Even if bread is pretty open with anything it would help the customer make a choice.”
