“Do you like good coffee in a very warm environment? I don't mean warm isn't it's too hot temperature inside the building as it is actually quite comfortable, I mean warm as in inviting and friendly. Then go to the 1up Cafe! The two ladies who run it are friendly and nice, they make really good coffee, and the food smells extra ordinarily delicious as well as looking completely appetizing. Do yourself a favor on a day when you don't have anything to do go visit the Cafe, order yourself your favorite coffee beverage, and sit down in one of the comfy chairs and just soak up the atmosphere, you'll thank yourself.”

“Wow! What an amazing find! We’re always looking for great little coffee shops around town and we drove in from new west because of the amazing reviews and we were not disappointed! The coffee was fantastic and the California bagel was SO delicious. The best part was that the staff actually brought the coffee and food to you which is a nice touch considering that many coffee shops around town lack customer service. Great service, great food, great atmosphere, great coffee. Definitely recommend!”

“We visited this store last night for the first time after many years crossing back and forth and very happy with our purchase. Cosmetic area was big with welcoming staff and you can find a good selection of all brands. Clothing section was not very appealing but very good selection of alcohol with reasonable prices. You can find lots of great deals if you buy two or three bottles of alcohol. Liquor employee gave us all information we needed with her smoky accent. It also has a little coffee shop with espresso machine. Store was not very crowded and we were served very fast. Highly recommend this place as prices are much much cheaper than Washington.”

“It's a convenience store. As is custom you are going to pay for that convenience, and most likely be more than happy to. They have a range of products from A-Z without going overboard; so you won't get a pack of gum from the 70's.Staff meet you with a quick smile which is also a lost art these days -the equivalent of a handshake before business. Again, 'convenience store' is the key word, so pay attention. Every day luxuries like a gallon of milk in the summer, will cost you.”
