English Bay Hotel

Great little spot. Amazing ocean view and right downtown. No amenities but easy underground parking. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are older but very clean. Affordable rates. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Good hotel rooms with free coffee n tea kiosk. Staff is friendly n helpful, rooms are clean n well provided. Rooms are neat n clean. Limited parking . Apartment for more then 2 people and double rooms are available. You have to carry your own luggage. Food can be ordered from nearby eataries and they are delivered quickly.

Stayed here for a weeks holiday in Vancouver, the location is fab! You can see the Bay from the hotel and it’s next to many restaurants/pubs/cafes and the bay is literally across the street. The building/rooms are a little outdated but very practical! We had a fully working kitchen room ( including a cooker/fridge/freezer ) , lots of storage, decent sized bathroom with bath and shower and the bed was comfy. Would 100% stay again on our next travels to the city. Not too sure on pricing as it was a joint booking with flights but it was about £400 for 6 nights which for the locality is great. Thankyou :)

The place is clean and well-kept. The staff are nice, but the building itself is quite old and the elevator was down for one of the nights, which was a bummer. They provide coffee 24/7 in the little area in front of the elevator and some mini breakfast food in the mornings although there's no official breakfast. Our room included a kitchen and dishware/water boiler/microwave/oven. Quite spacious. Would recommend if you're looking for a low-budget place to stay in the West End. Location is excellent. 15-minute walk to the Stanley Park entrance and also Robson Street.

Not a fancy place. But the price beats any hotel in the downtown Vancouver location. Go every year for the fire works. You get to see everything all the people and you don't have to worry about the huge crowds of people at the end of the day.. or the long line up for the sky train. The people behind the desk remember me from the year's so it's great to have that feeling also ????.
