One of my favourite places for great coffee and pastries. They use quality ingredients throughout. Service is friendly and prompt. There are multiple locations around the lower mainland and they are all lovely.

Great location. I've been coming here for about 2 years. I'm not a coffee drinker but I've fallen in love with the Mocha here. The space is open and bright. The staff is awesome and always friendly. Service is fast. Be warned that parking can hard to come by in the area but this location does have a parking lot with a 1 hour limit, otherwise I encourage you to walk to bike here.
