Lotus Vancouver

I love working with the team at Lotus, from Stan on the test drives, to Mike and Paul for getting the paperwork set up and sending me out the door with the best possible deal on a car I love.

This time I decided to buy out my current lease vehicle, even after flirting with a couple of other options on the very thorough test drives with Stan (he did grab the 'holy sh@% bar once, but otherwise didn't even scream), because Mike did such a good job matching me with my perfect car (luxury with a touch of sporty) the first time that I couldn't give her up. He always says he knows when he's found someone the right car because they either laugh or cry when they get in, and over the years, I've done both with this car. I love her, she's a fully loaded sweet diamond white Mercedes C350 coupe and I feel fantastic every time I get in and drive. Her name is Madeleine. Yeah, I name and anthropomorphize my cars, so sue me - she performs like a rock star and totally deserves my love.

Paul and Truong got me all set up with a sweet finance deal for the buyout that included much better insurance and warranty coverage for just a few bucks more on what my regular payment had been. I love these guys because they always manage to get me a significant value/pleasure upgrade at a fantastic rate, satisfying both my desire for luxury and a good deal.

Thanks guys for knocking it out of the park again. I will happily refer you to anyone looking for a sweet ride (even a practical ride) at a great rate, with excellent service and attention to detail. Two thumbs up!

The Lotus Vancouver team is awesome!!!! Customer service is way beyond what I was expecting during my car search.... Generally, I don't enjoy shopping for cars...but Paul, Stan and Mike both found me exactly what I was looking for. I love my new Mercedes... they did all the work for me and delivered exactly what I wanted. Stan even gave me a tutorial on how to use the new functions on my car... he took the time to make sure I was 100% stoked....and I am!!!!!
