My pleasure to deal with Alex Huang remotely. Since I live in California, the whole vehicle purchase was remote. (Just emails) He does not only prove excellent customer service, but also did follow up with me after the vehicle purchase. I asked him to help me on so many random things, such as checking battery health level or connecting me to export company. If you want something unique with simple process shoot him an email.

Absolutely awesome staff! Alex is not only a great salesperson but an awesome person!! Facilitated a cross country deal and was better than the McLaren Toronto team by far!! If you are I are in market for a Mclaren the Vancouver team should be your at choice!!
