Excellent service from Michell..way more than I've received from anyone else in all the years I've had a cellphone

My experience was great, Alexander was so helpful, knowledgeable and gave my my son the best deal! He was patient, explained everything in a professional and friendly manner and it didn't take us long to sign the contract, get the phone etc.. I would recommend this place to all my friends! My husband and I needed to lower our current mobile plan to a more reasonable monthly payment; I was doing my everyday grocery shopping, saw the Mobile Shop kiosk and asked what they had to offer. I was greeted with a professional, knowledgeable associate; Michelle made me feel instantly at ease. She explained what she could do for us and all offers available. She also explained how she could make our PC Optimum points work for us!! We returned and walked-out with two new/current phones, paying much less than our previous carrier and very happy customers. Michelle was professional, friendly and knowledgable. Really unexpected great service! Thank you Michelle! :)

This store has great prices on everything you could need for everyday life. Checkout is usually fast and staff are friendly. Store is kept neat and clean. Plenty of parking. Items are very easy to find. Great shopping experience.
