Winter days no roses to see.
Loved this park! 4 stars simply because I went during a time when not a lot of flowers were in bloom, so I'm sure it's even more amazing in the Spring. Loved the Fall colored leaves and if you're visiting, check out Stanley Park. It's amazing!
Perfect place for an evening stroll and to look at the roses. Even during low times there is always a lot of foot traffic to this part of the park. At night, homeless people tend to occupy the park and you may find refuse from them but during the day this is one of the best nature spots in Vancouver.
Love the rose garden at Queen Elizabeth Park. It's beautiful in the spring and beginning of summer. But in the mid to late summer the heat burns the grass and most of the flowers have lost their petals. It's a great place for wedding photos or just a lovely stroll through and smell of roses from around the world.
May-June is a great time to come visit. The flower beds are incredibly beautiful, there are butterflies and hummingbirds, you just can't not enjoy it.
