I work at a condo tower in downtown Cancouver, and when I call Handy for a service call, their service technicians are usually there within a day and sometimes even the same day. Very knowledgeable and patient staff. Their technicians always take the time to explain what's wrong with our appliances and help us with the best long term solution for the longevity of the machine.
(June 1, 2016, 12:02 am)Gary Roper did a great job. He called the day before to confirm a specific time window. He arrived on time and was very efficient. The cost for the service call was only $80. Many other companies charge more. He fixed our stove quickly and there were minimal additional charges for the parts. We look forward to hiring Handy Appliances again for future jobs.
