“I get the Medical Facial and Back Zone Care here it’s made such a huge improvement for my acne prone skin. I’ve tried quite a few mid range and then more expensive acne facials around Vancouver but have finally found the right one for me. It’s also the only facial I’ve ever gotten that my skin looks immediately better afterwards, it doesn’t have to get worse before it gets better when I go here. Also amazing customer service. I was accidentally overpaying for a package combo I ordered and once I realized and brought it to their attention they backtracked and sorted out all the details and credited my account for the next appointment. It’s so nice to not have to do that work yourself or the onus isn’t on you to prove it or figure it out. I’ve been back in Phase 2 of Restarting since COVID and I was comfortable with their measures in place and sanitation. It’s always a pristine beautiful place to go for my skin and relaxation.”

I have very sensitive eyes and worried about tearing up during the session. I experienced no irritation at all. And the lashes were so comfortable and light I didn't even feel them, so natural! My new lashes held up against strong winds the first week in Europe. I was worried I would be "lash-less" by the time I returned. I shampoo them daily as instructed. “Went to Beauty Time for the first time to get my lashes done by Kim and my hair tonned and cut by Evelyn. They were both so amazing! I love my lashes, they look beautiful and so easy to maintain! Plus I had a lovely nap while getting them done ahaha. Evelyn did such a beautiful job on my hair, it is honestly the best hair cut I have ever gotten! She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell she loves what she does. I have already gotten tons of compliments on both my lashes and hair! I have already referred people to Beauty Time!
