Cilantro indian cuisine

We ordered takeout. Very friendly. Dishes all have unique flavors. They forgot to add the lamb to the lamb korma. I phoned... they delivered a new dish with complimentary rice! I will definitely go back????????

The real trick to finding a good Indian restaurant is if each dish has its own distinct flavor. I have gone to many that tasted good but all of the dishes tasted the same.

At Cilantro each dish is unique with its own flavor and texture. That is not easy to find with northern style Indian food (most common).

Absolutely amazing restaurant with big portions, delicious food, and they got rid of the rude employee that has a lot of complaints on here it seems. We found the service to be exceptional.

Owner is a wonderful great host and he is there open to close. That dedication shows this restaurant will be very successful. Beautiful views of the ocean and wonderfully priced also.

So here’s the thing...I really, really need this place to last as it brings something new to the neighbourhood on the curry front. The food is exceptional...I haven’t had a fish curry like this forever and I’d go back just for that. However, the service needs a LOT of work. Almost feels like someone knew an awesome chef and woke up one day and decided to open a restaurant on the beautiful (and extremely seasonal...take note!!!) strip in White Rock. Everything other than the delicious food is mediocre and needs to improve to make sure you survive. I’ll definitely be back to give it another try.
