(August 13, 2021, 10:44 pm)Owners have a no cancellation rule, during July and August,. Totally their option of course. We cancelled 😤 because our friends all cancelled. At first they kept my full payment, I was sad.
But today GREAT NEWS lifetime credit. Now that's customer service. We may never get there but I hope we do.
