I have been staying here while waiting for my home to be finished. The owner, Tammy, has been so understanding, kind and very considerate. The rates are unbeatable in this town, and the rooms are spotless! Also, there’s a lovely river right on location to swim and float in , right from the motel!

Nice clean place, I'm sure it won't hurt to stay here. Grand forks have some pretty beautiful people, so kick off your heels and stay awhile!

Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice little room and very clean. Thin walls so you might want to bring ear plugs. Took me in last minute at 10pm. Lovely couple runs front desk. Thank you for having me.

VERY clean. Yes, the room and furniture in it are dated. As the motel's name suggested, I was expecting something very old. Instead, we had a great night's sleep in a squeaky clean room with a very clean bathroom. No "old smells" whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi was totally adequate.
