Had a phenomenal experience dealing with him today - he was able to quickly find a solution to a rather convoluted but necessary thing I was trying to do with my 2-line account. All phone support agents were claiming it's impossible, while John offered a solution and it worked wonders! Thank you again, I think Freedom is lucky to have him and needs more people like John!
