Excellent customer service when buying a bike! The staff was friendly and informative, answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect bike.

Very happy with the service here, bought a fs mountain bike about a month ago and the dropper seat stopped working, they took it in and fixed it that day. Staff is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend! :)

LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE!
Being an avid bike fan I am always looking for new and better ways to enjoy cycling. Today I stopped by Jubilee Cycle to buy thinner tires for my wife's mountian bike and was assisted by a First Class team of cycle experts. First they listened to me. (Now how often does that happen) Second the team member located exactly what I was looking for (even though it took quite a while to find the specific tire) Third when I returned with with the exact tire size Neil the business owner stopped the important bookkeeping he was doing and assisted me in the kindest way (the other team members where unavailable) After my purchase I left Jubliee Cycle with a spring in my step because I knew my wife and I could enjoy biking together with the best tires.

My bicycle is about 20 years old. The gears weren't changing and now they work like they did when the bike was new. They fixed my brakes, which has made a night and day difference. It was returned all washed and shiny. I am now looking forward to riding more than I have in several years. GREAT job!
