“We started taking our clothing to King Koin for drop off laundry service after another provider lost pieces of our clothing on several occasions. Since, and for over a year, we have had an amazing experience here. We drop off our laundry and arrange to pick it up the next day. At times we request our personal detergent be used and it is never a problem. We separate our laundry into dry and hang dry and it is always done accurately. Unlike previous experiences, with other providers, there is never any untoward smell, such as cigarette smoke, on the clothes. And importantly, nothing is ever missing. In addition, the service is very personable. The owners are very nice and when required, we are able to text with questions or concerns. One thing we've really appreciated, which is super niche, is the way they fold our socks and underwear, as demonstrated in the picture. It really helps with storing them when we get them home to our drawers. If you are looking for a drop off laundry service, I highly recommend this company!”

“Review: We first used Royal Furnace in September 2017. Andrew is very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem we had without incident. In fact, we called him in the morning and he promptly arrived at the end of the day to come and troubleshoot the problem and fix it all in the same day. We had the pleasure with working with Andrew again this month due to a leaky hot water tank ( overflow valve). He subsequently had to replace the water pressure regulator bc ours was running double the recommended pressure. Andrew is punctual, reliable and I do not hesitate to recommend his services to you.”
