“I booked a carpet shampoo machine rental from a web search, as I didn't want to pay carpet cleaners to stand around on my dime. I was pleased with the upfront price but suspected there might be hidden extra costs. Instead what I received was a top quality machine that was dead easy to use and clean, at exactly the price I agreed to pay. The results were better than I had hoped for, and doing 8 rooms, a hallway, two landings, and 29 stairs took me less than 4 hours. The machine can be disassembled and folded so moving it between levels was reasonable. Courteous service, good instructions, and delivery/pickup at my door made this a good experience. I would use Newclean again.”
