Craftsman Collision

Did a great job fixing my car. Courtesy car was available while they were fixing my car. Second time I have had to use them. Would recommend 👌

I was in a car accident in January and after reading positive reviews and even getting some recommendations from friends, I decided to give Craftsman Collision on Lougheed a try. Unfortunately due to the shortness of car parts everywhere and things getting back ordered, it took longer than we all had anticipated. The car industry everywhere is experiencing complications. However Craftsman kept me in the loop throughout the entire process by giving me updates, and they were great with answering all of my questions - very helpful and friendly. I also had a courtesy car throughout the wait period. I was very happy when I got my car back, they did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had my very first collision this past week. I was bummed out. What could cheer me up? Getting Air Miles for the car's repairs! Super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Haven't had the work done yet so will review again once it's completed. The Walnut Grove location was the most accommodating on the phone compared with other locations. Their assistant was very knowledgeable over the phone and very empathetic. Front line staff are so important when it comes to getting a feel for a place.

A lady bumped into my parked car. The team at Craftsman Collision was able to fix it up beautifully. The staff was extremely friendly and as soon as my car was ready they called (just like they said they would). Well done.
