I will give them 5 stars.
First impression wasn't good.
The rental guy tried to give me courtesy car with garbage inside.
Car wasn't clean.
We are in the middle of pandemic.
The rest was great.
I think I found a place where to go in future

Called on Wednesday to make an appointment for first thing Friday morning. On Friday, my car was ready within 3 hours of my dropping it off. Easy to fill out paperwork and the staff were all very friendly and professional. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need to use them!

Called and talked with Sydney about the glass claim for my classic truck. Immediately referred me to another shop that handles this type of claim with an assurance that the other shop would be better suited to the work and specifically likes working on older vehicles. While Rapid Auto Glass didn't do the work they will be on my list to get future work as I very much appreciate the professional way this was handled.

Im honestly so grateful for this place, Lawrence is honestly the best person out here i highly highly recommend this place, i came from calgary and someone broke into my car by smashing my rear window, Lawrence was very understanding of my situation and helped me out in the best way, i couldn’t be more grateful for them. I want to say Thank you so much for absolutely everything! Id give them 10 stars +⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called about setting up an appointment for a rock chip on my window. Was told an appointment was not required just show up. So i head over and just like they said, they made time for my repair and were professional and courteous. The repair took about 15-20 mins and the result i was more than happy with.

Heck i even forgot my insurance papers after i drove off and they called me to come get it.

Real good service, if I break more glass I'll likely come back!
