They are fair with the prices and even saved me some dollars on the overall bill when some unexpected issues needed to be addressed. I've always felt treated well by Ian, Andy, and Doug, and I'm sure by the others that work there too, I just don't know all of their names. Great place to take your car for service!

(March 30, 2022, 10:37 pm)The folks at Jem Grip Auto Tire are fair and honest. Always do their best to inform me on maintenance of my vehicles. At my last oil change they caught a repair and recommended I go to the vehicle manufacturer to see if my vehicle warranty covered the repairs! They are dependable and care about their customers.
