(December 27, 2019, 11:25 pm)Truck broken into and on Boxing Day afternoon they came into downtown Vancouver with a loaner and took my truck to their shop. Morning of 27th I’m on my way home to Calgary. Just really appreciate what they did.
(October 1, 2019, 4:15 am)Professional, swift service! Above and beyond what other businesses of the same nature will provide. After finding a window had been smashed over night on a Sunday morning, we needed to get it fixed asap. Not only were they one of the VERY few Auto Glass Repair places open (because smashed windows only occur Monday through Friday??) but they text me the address, got us a rental car (as we had to get to/from work) and took care of the window by the next morning. It was ready for pick but my boyfriend was at work so they brought him his truck (out to Surrey) and picked up his rental car. They were understanding and helpful and we will definitely suggest this place if anyone else's window meets the same misfortune.

Lawrence was super helpful in helping them sort out the situation.
