“Dr. Hakiminejad explains everything in detail before beginning any procedure. He answered all of my questions patiently. The office administrator, Dina, takes care of all insurance claims process. She does her best to let you know if you have a portion to pay, so you won't be surprised by the cost at the end of your treatment. “Not sure who wrote the 1 star review or why but our family has been going to Dr. Vaida now for a number of years and I absolutely love them. Maryam at the front desk is so helpful and accommodating and always friendly and warm. The dental staff are very kind and so concerned about your comfort. They really pay attention to your chart before you come in to make sure they are aware of your likes and dislikes and needs. Dr. Vaida is the calmest, gentlest dentist I have ever been too and in 50 years I have had a lot of dentists! Thank you Altitude Dental, you guys are AWESOME!”

For 2 years we visited her office, staff are super friendly, the appointments are always on time. The most impressing thing to me is this, when we were shopping around for my daughter's orthodontics treatment, every other doctor mentioned using expander, so my girl will end up becoming a young women with beautiful teeth and a broad jaw... “Not sure what the issue is with this old lady from other reviews, but the receptionist lady (she's not young so I guess the same lady) was extremely helpful, kind, and help me understand the mess that is the insurance system that we're forced to be subject under. Personally I found her to be even nicer than the receptionist lady at 4 Seasons dental in the vicinity, who is also very professional and accommodating. The doctor actually let me know what he was going to do before initiating any procedure (he actually told me that he will be drilling the rotten bit of the teeth for 30 seconds) before starting so I was able to brace myself, and personally no other doctor gave me heads up before working their scary equipments in the past so this dude has my vote. The place is very modern and clean, and I was able to defer not doing a certain procedure that I thought could wait because the old lady gave me an option prior to the procedure. Give them a go, I got a full five start service from these folks.”
