Needs an actual quiet section. Like a place to study or read without computer's and people talking out loud. Tried to study today but the only place available was beside a loud typer and somebody that like's to read out loud. The time before that was kids playing around and someone tutoring (which always includes talking out loud). You can get the odd day though where it's actually quiet, except for when a truck back's up to the loading dock underneath the library. I can imagine they can't do much about it though with it being a tax payer building.
