“Hello. I had a basement water leak and heard that Payne Pacific did good work. They efficiently repaired the leak but found that the foundation had leaked before and had a big crack. We did a major repair to the drainage around the perimeter of our house. It was a huge job but Payne Pacific was very, very helpful and professional. The foreman in charge of the job was always there to deal with the various trades people and make sure their work was done right. I would highly recommend this company.”

“We absolutely love our Beachcomber 380 hot tub! Various seat levels in this model design so when you get too hot you can easily find a seat that’s more comfortable. Our 3.5 year old loves the stairs to sit on. Very family friendly design. We bought this tub from the BC Home Leisure Beachcomber Hot Tubs Langley location, and owner/operator Darren Moore was fantastic to deal with. He provided regular updates as the tub was being built and helped answer all our set up questions. Darren and his delivery team are very professional and we would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a Beachcomber hot tub!”

The City permitting was extremely frustrating. Damian was easy to work with and was with me every step of the way. Eric, who did the work, was reliable, inclusive and meticulous. Every effort was made to keep the site clean and manage the dust. Eric's workmanship was impeccable. Even the City inspector raved about it. The cabinets are high quality and the project came in on time and on budget. A first rate experience all round. I feel extremely fortunate to have been introduced to Kitchen Elements and to have avoided all the nightmares that I have heard about other comparable renovations. I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.”
