“The staff caring animals are friendly and seem to have passions in taking good care of them. However, the experience of purchasing pet food is a different story. They have confusingly an online (sale) price, a regular price and a member sale price, and no one tells you that they are all different until you find discrepancies in what they charge and ask. And they seem to be more willing to charge you the highest price, which is usually 10-15% higher than other locally-owned pet stores.”
