When I joined Fit Body, I was pleasantly surprised at not only how amazing the workouts were, but how amazing the coaches and other members were as well. They were extremely welcoming from the get go and made me feel at ease right away. This is personalized group training at its best. They are not a cookie cutter fitness group; they genuinely want to see you succeed in whatever your fitness goals are. I get discouraged quite easily and there were so many times I wanted to quit, but the coaches will just work out whatever is going on to ensure you stick with it. They check in with you constantly, are highly interactive, give great advice, tips and motivation.
