Every class contains different exercises, and throughout the week, you will always get a good balance of cardio and resistance. Workouts are always challenging, and fun, and you are always going to sweat! The owners are really wonderful people who care about every single one of their members. The trainers are so caring, friendly and really want to help you, not to mention challenge you! F45 is perfect for all fitness levels and ages. I recommend F45 Port Coquitlam to all my friends :) I'm so glad my daughter introduced me to F45!
