“My water 40 US gallon gas fired water heater started leaking 3 days prior to Christmas. Mr. Water Heater was quick on getting a replacement and completed the installation the next day morning. I have replaced the water heater with a John Wood 40 Gal heater (1295/-), the overflow drain pan (79/-), replaced the Pressure releasing valve which has gone bad (69/-), Gas permit (69/-) and total material (217/- looks like a percentage from the bill, I guess) and total came to 1587.60 for the next day completion. Replacement did not qualify for the Fortis rebate and I was told about that prior to the job. Gail from their office was nice and thorough on all details and questions I have asked before the job. Everything happened quickly and efficiently. On site, Dan did a great job. Will call them again for future services.”
