The results were better than I had hoped for, and doing 8 rooms, a hallway, two landings, and 29 stairs took me less than 4 hours. The machine can be disassembled and folded so moving it between levels was reasonable. Courteous service, good instructions, and delivery/pickup at my door made this a good experience. They have excellent drop off and pick up service, very clean professional grade washers and dryers and the owners are always very helpful, happy, and pleasant. There are lots of other businesses in the area for you to spend some time at as your clothes are in the machines. They also do alterations if needed.
