Great service and quick turnaround!
This place is incredible! Amazing customer service and fast turnaround. I brought my bike down with a flat tire, not knowing where exactly the problem was. Within 15 minutes my bike was fixed and it was only approx. $20!!
I’ll definitely be coming back here in future :)
Great customer service, quick repair times, quality repair and inspection. Brought my Enduro in for a brake bleed, ended up repairing more than I asked for, no extra cost. Ride quality was massively improved. Bringing all my bikes here for now on. A+
Practical note before I start, for those of you coming here for the first time: they operate out of a tent between two shipping containers on the far side of the building. Go all the way to the end of the roundabout, and you will see the parking lot entrance on your right. They are the first tent on this side of the building. There is no sign. Hopefully you won't have to awkwardly ask around to find it like me ;)
I came here with a fixer-upper project bike (it was originally stolen in Toronto and ended up being recovered by VPD in terrible shape) which I'd intended to work on myself, but after years of it gathering dust in the garage I decided I just needed to get it done by a professional.
I found the volunteers here to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to use the parts I had gotten, and swapped in a mix of new and used parts for other issues that came up during the rebuild. The bike is gorgeous and rides like a dream. It feels like a brand new bike. The end price was higher than the original quote due to aforementioned unforeseen issues, but still cheaper than buying a new bike and 100% worthwhile for the value.
My roommate sent her bike in with me to get looked at too, and within minutes one of the technicians found it was only poor lubrication, and showed me where to put the lubricant to enable better shifting, and didn't charge anything. My roommate was happy to have her bike diagnosed and working well again, and we both learned a good lesson about bike maintenance.
I am so happy to have found such an excellent shop which also supports the Food Bank, an organization that is close to my heart.
My husband and I went for a bike ride together for the first time in years. It was so lovely! Thank you, Cloverdale Community Cycles, for making this happen!
Great customer service. They do fix ANY bike! Thanks!
