We unexpectedly visited at the end of June to check out a used minivan we briefly saw on the website. Despite being the end of the work day, Ray patiently helped us out and made quite a positive impression on us. We returned over a month later to check out another used minivan we saw on the website and again Ray was very helpful which led to our purchase. Rebecca the sales manager was equally helpful and my wife was particularly impressed that the purchase was dealt with entirely in Cantonese! First experience for this Mercedes dealership, brought my 2017 B250 for service. Excellent service department John the service advisor recommended that I should purchase a prepaid service plan. This plan is great pays for my next service also. Today service cost more than the prepaid. Thanks John for saving us some money. Greatly appreciated.
