My son and I recently bought a car at Volvo Surrey. I found the process a pleasant experience, fully attributable to our advisor Khir who is an excellent sales professional: knowledgeable, polite, personable, honest, and quick to respond to our needs. We came well prepared and the whole process including test drive, look into several options, and trade in took only two hours. I should add that the sales manager was quick on his feet as well, and the final price was right. Kudos to Volvo Surrey to for employing such great people.

Rosie and I bought an XC40 Inscription a couple of weeks ago. A beautifully made vehicle that is awesome to drive. This rating is because of PAUL the service manager who took care of my needs and my 15 year old V70 (still feels new to me) — but most importantly his customer service is top-notch professional.

My car left me stranded and only one phone call to Paul and all was taken care of without a headache. The service centre is at opposite ends of the city for me and this was a complicated timing for my family, but Paul made this 5 stars and memorable for all of the right reasons.
