I came to the dealership for the first time this morning and I had a great experience. The service was personable and professional. I will definitely be returning to the dealership for my 4Runner!!

I have been coming here years for vehicle maintenance. Barring one's personal views on going to dealerships as opposed to smaller businesses the staff here show professionalism and services are completed correctly. I have had a couple of instances where a service took a lot longer than what was estimated but I feel overall I am satisfied with my experience

It was ok. But they offered way less for my trade in than ANY other place. Looking around the place, it's an empire, a kingdom. There's 5-8 different Jim Pattison Outlets as far as the eye can see each more glorious than the last. Clearly the customers are paying a premium for Jim's ego.

I am from Ontario staying in BC for study purposes. I have just visited them for the service of my Toyota Corolla 2017. They are very nice people. Their customer service is fabulous. The way they treat their customers is absolutely awesome. They offer really fast and efficient service. I would love to visit them again. 5 stars*****
