Excellent service. My only suggestion is have more Tesla car for loaner. Once you drive Tesla you cannot drive other car. Well organized nice to see the progress of the work. Nice detailed invoice. Shorter wait time will be great. Great job. I used to go only to 4th Ave Vancouver. The Langley service changed my mind.

Ian and Brandon in the service department are very helpful every time I visit Tesla. They has always been patient with me. They're also very knowledgeable about the product. Because of them my family purchased two model 3s. Thanks Ian and Brandon!

We ordered our vehicle a few weeks ago and the team was excellent to work with. I am very happy with the service. We were working with Yoshi. He was very friendly and patient. He answered all my questions between the test drive and delivery. I would recommend this location. They take excellent care of their customers
