I was there for the first time and that is why, I was a little bit nervous, but Dr. Maddie and her assistant Amy have done a great job. As soon as they started their job, I felt safe and comfortable. She told me that dentistry is more like an art, and she is right. She uses her hands like an artist. I strongly recommend Dr. Maddie's nice clinic and stuff to everyone.”

However, from the moment I entered through the door, I was put at ease. Dr. Terry was the one handling my extraction and he was so good, attentive and quick. He made me laugh throughout the procedure and I left feeling way way better.”

“First, how great that these people are here volunteering their time for hardly any profit at all. This is super essential with our national lack of dental work coverage I had mostly good but somewhat mixed experiences across my three visits here. The first was a basic exam with xrays - fairly well done and I was happy with the conduct. At the end I booked a cleaning some weeks later, which when I in for I waited unattended for a half hour, during which time someone with a non-urgent appointment set later than mine was seen. I had to go to work so eventually left and rescheduled. When I finally went in, the cleaning was done on time, but my hygienist really went unnecessarily full throttle on some sensitive spots (due to overbrushing/gum-recession) which continued to sting for a couple of days. I'd also given them a nightguard to clean which I almost left without as they didn't remember to return it, until I did. Overall not bad, considering they're likely operating on a shoestring, but a few things seemed like really basic fixes and common-sense issues. Hope to see this place thrive and improve.”
