Awesome teaching and learning. Can be a bit intensive but so was undergrad and vet school! Our practice has experienced 400% growth in about 6 years and is on track for another 20% this year (2020) over 2019!
We have been incredibly happy with our involvement with Veterinary Practice Solutions, receiving support when times were tough and always great strategies to hire the right staff, market and grow our business. Always very professional and very knowledgeable about the veterinary industry. We grew our revenue by 24% last year and expect to grow even more this year with the continued involvement with VPS.
Our experiences with VPS have been extraordinary. Their program is comprehensive, teaching all the tools needed to guarantee success in running a business and reaching your goals. They also offer a wonderful support network as well through consulting and quarterly conferences. It truly has been life changing working with this group! Thank you everyone with VPS!
I've had the long time dream of opening my own veterinary practice and am finally doing so. I have enlisted the help and guidance of Veterinary Practice Solutions along the start-up journey and I feel that it is one of the most positive and beneficial steps I could have taken to ensure my success. VPS has given me so much knowledge, guidance, and support along this journey already. They have made me feel much more confident and in control because I have them by my side. I truly feel like they care about me as a person and about my business success. I am so excited to continue this adventure with their amazing help and support!
At the beginning of 2016 I was having trouble paying my bills and I was having staff issues. I have been watching whiteboard Wednesdays for the last 2 years. I decided to try a course through VPS on building my client base. I went from about 15 new clients a month to about 30 new clients a month. I took the team builder course next which taught me about staff. I lost my office manager and fired an associate vet. This was a game changer for my practice. I am paying my bills, the remaining staff is much happier, I am sleeping better. I just started the executive training program with my new office manager, it has been a lot of fun and very educational. I can't wait to take the next course.
